5 stars: I'm gonna be honest, I was totally wrong when I thought this was all hype. It's an incredible app and program and blows all the others I've tried out of the water. It works well, adapts to me, gives me what I want, when and how I want it, and the workouts are perfect for me. I say try three months like I did, then get the whole year like I'm about to.
5 stars: It's a great app! I've used it for about a year now. It makes it easy to follow the program each day and has a ton of great health/fitness/wellness resources. My only complaint is that workouts sometime reset when the screen turns off or after switching between apps
5 stars: Nice platform. Easy to navigate, lots of content to explore. Well managed leveling, offering basic exercises as well as advanced. Instructors are excellent.
5 stars: Centr gives me workouts, recipes, and wellness. I get everything I need to be a well rounded, active person. I love the different trainers and their different approaches to fitness. Well worth the money for me.
4 stars: I'm enjoying this app. My only improvement suggestion would be to prevent phone from going to sleep while a recipe is open. Apps like Paprika do this.
