5 stars: Forward thinking, responsive and seemless. I started using the order ahead function at the start of COVID-19 in March of 2020. Now a year plus later I only use the app to order. I recommend this to anyone who frequents Starbucks. I never accumulated or used the stars bonus until I started using this.

I thought I sent an order and it did not get sent, it popped back up with a final review order and no longer available at this location 20 min before they closed, so there I was looking like a dinosaur jackass at the dt window...😅
