5 stars: I like it, but I can't change the format of the clock in the watch from 24 to 12. I hope you can fix this problem. Also I faced some problems with chatting, delay voice note.
3 stars: Very few instructions on how to use the app. What should have taken 30 minutes max took me a couple hours. I was able to FINALLY figure out the location issue and how to get it out of military time. Still have yet to figure out if I can change the metric units. Still can't get the pedometer to work. Calls are clear and location is on point. Those are the only 2 things I really need the app for.
3 stars: Push messages don't come up clearly visible and loud enough (actually no sound for them at all).
3 stars: The GPS tracker doesn't work properly. It shows me that my child is 4 km away!
3 stars: I have set up my one of my daughter's watch but another one says device offline. Can anyone help me. I have deleted once then again add but didn't work.
5 stars: Only used it for 1 week, but seems to work fine.

3 stars: Have two kids smart watches on this app. Both locations are across the road at one of the neighbours. One has double the menu items. One has video chat, the other doesn't. Not really impressed.
