3 stars: I love this app, but searching a state at a time is extremely challenging. The app forces you to pick a county or city. With everyone moving because of COVID. it needs to be easier to create searches that In compass the entire states. I send feedback to company, I will update review when they make this easier.
3 stars: The search function is not working properly on mobile at least. I am missing tons of homes because once I scroll to the bottom of the page, the app doesn't load any more information. For example, if I search 250K-500K, the app stops at 430K when filtered high to low. I then have to filter from low to high, and the app stops loading at 350K, leaving me with a lot of missing information.
3 stars: Nice app with many of the great features you want while house hunting. One feature it does not have unfortunately is functionality. Sometimes, the app doesn't like to load properties you click. Sometimes it won't display new properties for different areas as you move the map. About 60%of the time it works beautifully. The rest of the time it leaves you in utter frustration.
4 stars: This is my favorite real estate app. My only issue is that even when you opt to filter out homes not yet built, they still show up, so my searches get bogged down with dozens of home...
