5 stars: I am very happy to make use of this app. My only problem with Sand Street car park in Jersey is that they have a 5 minute rule to pay when entering the car park and it can take over 7 minutes to reach floor 14! When paying by credit card they allow 15 minutes to leave the car park. Their 5 minute rule is very unfair to say the least. Unfair contact?
5 stars: Intuitive UI, knows the parking time limits, ability to extend parking within the app, almost always contains a full list of the spots (once had a code yield no results). Love that your able to use the app as a way of finding parking near you (only the ones PayByPhone supports ofcourse) in addition to paying for it
5 stars: Used this for years, you can extend your parking duration if you need to and it notifies you 10 minutes before your parking expires, this is like a must have for city dwellers, I've had no issues with connectivity like others did
4 stars: Initially I was not able to register in the app. I called customer support and they referred me to tech support, I emailed back and forth with them for several days but they never gave up finally I was able to register in the app I am now using it I gave them four stars because it took so long to figure it out but they never gave up on me.
