5 stars: Updated review from 2 to 5 stars. I previously had issues with setting and unsetting the alarm via app which was an inconvenience and service provided was questionable as no means of a confirmation email that my query was received. HOWEVER the issue has been resolved. Service was great and it turns out it was the sim card in the control panel needed replacing. Problem solved. Very fast in setting and unsetting alarm.
4 stars: This app is now much better than it used to be. It works consistently. Still think it could benefit from a different design and improved user journey maps
3 stars: On an android phone I had issues when I login and try to close the app using the back button.

4 stars: Initially some teething issues. But all sorted now. The app is basic, but does the job. It allows you to activate/deactivate your alarm, view your images, camera, check your invoices and all the stuff as a customer you need to use the smart alarm. I like that I can do this from my app, super easy. What's not to like?
5 stars: It's a bit different from the first version but I got used to it very quickly. Quite easy to use and after recent updates it works fine. Great new features, particularly the live chat is helpful when I need customers service support.
