3 stars: While it does what it says it does, the biggest issue I have is them fixing the missing/problems with drivers/items. When a driver doesn't show up or food is missing, I have to constantly try to get back any amount of money I spend. I'll drop $40, get half of what I ordered, and get maybe 7-8 bucks as \
4 stars: Service has definitely improved over time. Can still be annoying when your order is cancelled without explanation or a driver can't be found, but those have been rare for me luckily. Super convenient not having to leave with a newborn at home! :)
3 stars: Usually good though for some reason today it sent my food from the next town over. The only reason I can think of was I happened to be over that way earlier today. Why it doesn't send from the place closest to the delivery address is WAY beyond me. So of course my food was cold. If I drove from there, I'd expect that, too, but seriously. I don't even understand why. So just, be warned.
4 stars: Pretty good service, wish all the service fees and taxes charged for running the app were lower. It makes it worth going by yourself to go directly to the restaurant/food truck to avoid paying more for app services some days. Conveniently delivered to your door on a busy or lazy day. Sometimes the hours of business's operating aren't updated correctly from day to day.
