4 stars: Amazon itself is a really good place to order products especially when you need them as soon as possible, the app is nice, after my order didn't arrive or got delayed, I couldn't start a refund through the app, you have to login through a computer or to chat with customer support, it took them 2-3 minutes to issue a replacement or a refund for me because the package was lost.
