3 stars: Enjoy the self tours and looking at the houses but it would be nice if they would update the maps and the view of each house a little more often. The view of my house has to be over 5 years old. Can't say that helps with sales too much especially since we usually try to work on the outside of our home yearly as most homeowners do for long preservation of the property without it being run down and looking uncared for.
5 stars: More Fun than Television!... I'm an amateur architect and I use the Zillow App as a reference guide for design ideas. I've built three homes, quite nearly solo, and it's humbling to see the work of California builders. The Zillow App hasn't crashed and the images are top quality. Zillow is one of my favorite online resources. Have a good life in your future home.
4 stars: For buying a home, this is by far my favorite app, for selling a home, absolutely horrible. App said I would receive a call in a few minutes to verify my listing, 5 hours later, no call and when I contacted customer service no response from them 8 hours later, not acceptable at all when you are trying to get your house listed quickly in a hot market. Will stick with my realtor.
