3 stars: Basically grab is good and as a driver I love it, but I don't like the rates are based on grab maps. Many times the rates are too cheap because the locations in grab maps sometimes not accurate. For example, when we got order the distance is about 3km but actually it's more than 6km because it's one way street and we have to turn around first. It's not fair for drivers. Better grab use google map/ waze as map, it's more accurate.
4 stars: 1) App review should show in different region and only selected region's review will appear in the user's app. 2) Rider should indicate no of pax in all ride booking. If got child below 1.3m then only send taxi or driver with child seat the to take the job. 3) Waiting fee should be able to amend by driver at the end of the trip when having dispute with rider.
5 stars: Very good and helpful app especially for the affected of pandemic and people who lose their job like me.Thank you Grab for giving me opportunity to be your partner delivery,more bookings to come.
3 stars: Unfortunately, since Covid19 occured the income being Grab Partner has been sunken/dropped unbelievably low due to lots of factor I guess. ☹️ I hope everything will get back to normal condition soon. Finger cross.
3 stars: The new update for this app is really bad, a lot of unnecessary clicking. After years of operation, how can you still not optimise the navigation of the app?? These new update is really troublesome and pointless imo, the prev version...
