3 stars: I rated this app 5 stars before, satisfying experience with past transactions. But due to latest experience with live chat, have to deduct 2 stars. The bot is so stupid that you feel like ripping your own hair, and then when you get to chat live with the so called human later, they didn't really differ from the bot.
4 stars: Faulty update address: I bought a product for someone in another city. Normally the address will also identify the geolocation. As the address changed, I didn't realize the geolocation had to be updated manually. This caused some confusion between the courier and recipient. Please fix this bug.
