5 stars: Hi, for the past 1 week the app is not directing to the confirmation page/ after we select 'no addon'. It's redirecting to the home page after this. Please address at the earliest. It would be helpful if there is any kind of chat with customer care regarding common app problems in the app itself for better user experience.
4 stars: Revoked my earlier post. I was able to detect the problem. The particular section of the App was not working on my handset. Tried on a different handset worked well. However, still I feel, the there should be full fledged customer service team which can be reached on phone.
3 stars: No option for manual address entry / updation? Why do I have to select my address on map only? Why can't there be an option to add an address manually? Your pathetic maps fails to locate right address and we end up giving directions to the service provider on phone. A simple interface allowing manual address entry or update will do but it seems u prefer complications over simplicity.
3 stars: I didn't understand why this app is not working for me since 3-4days..... Just unable to book any appointments...and that also after I took their plus membership..its really frustrating and also there is no customer care number registered on their app...i search on Google that number is also not exist...really poor service...very much disappointed🙄
