3 stars: Typically this has been a great app until recently. There are homes that are for rent that are showing up as for sale. I am seeing homes that people are renting for $1,250 a month show up as that for the sale price and it's messing with all of the stats. The realtor renter app is now showing 0 houses for rent.
4 stars: In general its a great app. Easy to use, share favorites and compare properties. I wish there was a way to eliminate apartment and condo communities in the rental search and just see properties offered by private owners and smaller rental companies but that's probably just me. 4 stars: Normally the app works without flaw but the past 2 or 3 days it's been messed up. I'm looking to buy in LV and rentals are mixed in with homes for sale instead of being on a different tab. Super frustrating! Now I'm using my agents listing of choice which has much smaller pictures😪 I'm assuming the problem came through in an update🤷\u200d♀️
4 stars: It's great for exploring a new area for if your renting or buying or any need. My criticism is that i would like to look at a large area(load a whole state?) and you practically have to look at it from town to town. my only though issue is when I'm using the website it has trouble recognizing the address when entered into the app. (I sometimes use a work computer or I would log into my account) just minor issue though.
