4 stars: So far so good, in terms of peace of mind \u0026 usability. One week in, I'm using on both android \u0026 desktop. The only bad thing is all the pop up spam. Particularly on android it is extremely unattractive. Especially since you cant turn it off without disabling notifications you might actually need. I might not buy a full sub just on that fact..
4 stars: Had a few problems getting Bitdefender mobile security to work on my Samsung Galaxy. My phone slowed and finally locked up and I had to remove the program. I connected Bitdefender support and they emailed me a few days latter with the probable problem. I made the necessary corrections and reinstalled the app with no problems.
3 stars: It would be better if there wasn't a constant need to watch the VPN connection as it randomly disconnects. Why does it disconnect without the person telling it to do so? I mean the whole purpose of the VPN is \
5 stars: I have been using Bitdefender for over 4 years now and I am extremely happy with the product and service. The protection across all devices (PC, Android and Tablet) is smooth and does not slow down the devices. Features like App lock, web and email monitoring, malware scans, remote device location, lockdown and wipe are some of my fav features. Keep up the good work team.
