3 stars: I use it to get to and from work. I liked the reasonable pricing. But out of nowhere the price started skyrocketing. Instead of 17 plus tip for a single ride. It wants 33+ tip for the ride. Same length and everything. Didn't notify of a price change going on or anything. Just thought I would be fine with it. Sad to say might have to quit my job and find something else instead of paying 560 for 2 weeks of back and forth..
4 stars: LYFT is just excellent. No complaints. I would give it a 5 but you need to add another stop. I used LYFT alot. Enable later tips. I had wanted to tip another driver after the fact a day later because I knew I had the money to do that and I wasn't able to do that . It went down is a complaint instead. I should be able to go to one more place than 2. I do a lot of round trips. Other than that, the LYFT APP is OUTSTANDING.
3 stars: Overall I enjoy using lyft but recently I've been getting my drivers switched to other drivers and most of the time the new driver is further than the current driver. I had a driver arriving in 8 minutes and then got switched to a driver 26 minutes away. Why would that even be an option!!??
3 stars: I regularly schedule rides as far in advance as I can and I still end up not being able to get a ride or not being able to get there on time. I know this problem is partially due to the area I live in and the drivers themselves but I don't think drivers should be able to cancle a scheduled ride less than 15 mi...
