4 stars: My previous review was a 1 star as I was having loads of issues with the device and the app! But I spoke to someone through the customer help chat system and he was extremely helpful and fixed my problem! Still not 5 stars.. only because I believe the app itself to be lacking a lot of features and customisation however its also not the easiest to navigate when it comes to settings.
5 stars: I began to use the Home App three months ago. Stuff that I could only watch on my phone is now up on my 32 inch TV screen and the impact and enjoyment are increased exponentially. It's easier to watch, keeps my attention without strain and makes it available to my wife at the same time. Amazon Prime, Disney Plus, RTÉ player, all on there at no extra cost.
4 stars: The application works very well on my Pixel 4a.
