4 stars: Overall I like the convenience of the video calling features, especially bring able to switch from audio only to video, mid-call. However, there are some very annoying quirks. One is that it will often switch from speaker to earpiece when switching to video with no way to change it. (And really, who wants to do a video call with the phone up to their ear!?) The second is the inability to switch back to a regular call from video.

4 stars: I am please with the ease of the use of the app. With that being said, there are some things that can be changed, like when I know my connection and the person I am talking to connection is perfect, it still has a way of making it hard to see each other or it glitches. Please fix this issue. Otherwise, great way to see family and friends. 💜🙋🏾\u200d♀️
