5 stars: The app is fine. But, the system sucks on customers services end. If you need assistance with changing your email but, don't have access to your old email account. Nothing can be transferred to a new account. Any warranties purchased go to an email that doesn't exist any more and your screwed. They can't help you solve that type of issue.
3 stars: After newest update, can't access my purchase history or my items. This is not good as i couldn't track my recent order. I contacted the app dev \u0026 that was no help. You need to fix this Walmart. People who order or do pick-up need to be able to access their purchases. Edit: there was finally an update \u0026 i can now access my purchase history. I changed my rating from a 1 to a 3. I hope issues for others are fixed as well.
3 stars: Native barcode scanner is useless. Had to integrate a third-party app to use. There's many inadequacies in pickup service: logically speaking, most anything sold in store should be available for pickup. I understand if you need fabric cut or custom color paint mixed you probably should go in. But Smarties candy rolls? Geez.
