3 stars: On data sim,the package expires automatically on the time you subscribed the package, which is unacceptable, complained nothing solved, nothing helped. I wonder what are they trying to do. The package should expire at the end of the 30th day 23:59:59, ridiculous
5 stars: Using this app for more than 1 year. It's working fine. The Amazing feature of this app is that u can manage balance and packages of your 5 family members through this App. The free MBs that u can get up to 200MB is yet another plus point. Well done. Jazz Team. Further suggestion is that all Value added services subscription and unsubscription mechanism should be listed in this app.
3 stars: This app helps me alot .It is a good service from jazz but the reason of giving five stars to this app because you can not be consumed your daily reward between 7-10 pm .It is a very big issue about this app.Please solve this and leave it from time addition.please solve this.We want to use the free mbs also between 7-10 pm . ~please~👋👋👋👋👋 Thanks
