3 stars: Newest app does not allow me to complete my order. FIX THIS! It does not reveal that Westburough store is closed again for Covid19
5 stars: Best way to order at peetes hands down. Since their coffee is made to order its time consuming. So its by far the best coffee! But your morning time management will benefit from ordering ahead. Since covid their process has been more fine tuned and its a well oiled machine! You can toggle to be super specific when you order your drink so it turns out like a dream!
4 stars: I've been using this app for about an year. I just switch my phone and was worried that my information wasnt going to transfer over but it totally worked! I know its not a perfect app (like i cant order pastries) but considering how long the lines are at philz, Im very happy with this app. I actually have never had any problems with my orders (unlike what some people have said..). Looking forward to what Philz is working on releasing!
5 stars: The best coffee ordering app I've seen. Everything is easy, intuitive, and looks good. Makes ordering from Philz really easy - all you gotta do is walk in and pick up the order. Never had a payment problem - seems to take most modern forms of payment. Thank you! Great job! One thing that could be improved: location-specific specials and other info.
