3 stars: The app is a bit different from the web version. For example, not all of the filter for facilities are available on the app version than of the web version. It frustrates me because it's always letting me use the web version than the app which is inconvenient. I hope you fix this on your next update.
5 stars: A great service can be seen when customer get a problem and team try to give the best solution. Agoda is the one who show me how the great travel service is. Love to use Agoda to book my happy trip in the future because I'm feel secure whenever I get the problem.

4 stars: Great app, but should include all fees in the price when presenting, feel sad to see final increased price at the last step because we make a decision with the first price we saw.
4 stars: Very good and easier apps. Things that need to improve are as below, 1. Total Price is quite high. 2. The receipt should be issued by hotel. I can't book hotel via agoda when I have business trip because of agoda's reciept.
5 stars: Thus far, Agoda has been by far the cheapest rates I have come across. You pay later and you get great discounts. Its simple and easy to navigate!! Definitely a Keeper!
