4 stars: Arlo updated on 10/15. Error message says that it is disconnected from power. But it is not. Can't get none of the cameras to work. Update: problem corrected. Couldn't understand, when I contacted Arlo technical support, they told me I had to pay $149.00. Then they would assist me with getting them to work again. Error message didn't make any sense. All my cameras were wireless. *Cameras are working better now but keeping going off and on.
4 stars: Works really well my only two suggestions would be 1. Ability to mass download favorite per day. 2. Change the time of day turnover/drop-off. Meaning, 1 day recordings drop off at 6 or 7 in the evening to make room for day 8 to start at 12:01. 6 or 7 in the evening is a very busy time for families to try and get a download done. Why can't it be at 10 pm to make room for the 12:01 change over.
4 stars: Works reasonable well, but there are definitely areas where they could improve: - too many single line notifications. - slow video downloads. - a long wait from event to the video being available. - lack of option to live view when an event occurs. The cameras, themselves, have other issues, such as slow start to recording, magnetic mounts that have limited degrees of movement, etc.
