5 stars: This is one of the best customer experience apps currently in existence. I have regularly visited Disneyland for three decades and know how to do so well. At this point, I would never visit Disneyland without this app and an account. All park tickets can be purchased with the app and include MaxPass for all ride Fastpass. All counter service food can be purchased with the app. Check line wait times. Find entertainment. Good job, Disney.
4 stars: Haven't really used it too much since the closure. I like the drawing lessons they put on there and I like that you can make reservations for Downtown Disney restaurants. Nice to see the old pictures too!
4 stars: Every time I have used this app it seems to work fine. While I hate having to turn the Magic Kingdom I to a computerized mess I understand advancement and that things change. Please do not ever go fuy digital. Disney wouldn't be as Magical without in-person experience.
5 stars: Amazing experience inside and out of the parks. Used them in July of 2019 with my children. We loved it. Thank you all for keeping to public updates on your efforts to re-open.
5 stars: Super helpful in the parks for checking wait times and event times. I like that you can store your tickets and passes in it as well.
