4 stars: Not bad, however entering your Dob is a royal pain in the a**, no direct entry, you have to scroll back month by month until you get to the correct month / year (when you are as old as I am that takes some time!!)
3 stars: Easy to install and complete except for adding date of birth. I had to scroll back 68 years a month at a time!
3 stars: I recently downloaded the Covid DXB Smart App, but am unable to signup despite multiple attempts. The error message states invalid otp, despite the legitimate otp entered. I would appreciate quick redressal of this issue, kindly expedite the same.
3 stars: Should have more guiding information for the users. For example, at the end says scan the QR code. Which code? Passengers have to fill the x form. Well where can I get it?
