4 stars: I'm happy with the app. I feel more in control of my health and I'm learning more about my body as I note and observe changes through my natural cycle as the app allows. The app does freeze from time to time but altogether is quick to use in a busy lifestyle.

5 stars: Love this app! I used to do the old school paper charting to track my menstrual cycle, but this gives me so much more information! I've never used birth control (I'm 34, been married for 11 yrs, we have 3 kids). Tracking my own cycle has given me a lot more knowledge about my body specifically. It's empowering to understand what my body does at different times during my cycle and to predict what it will do next.
