4 stars: It looks excellent idea to provide many services in one applicaton. It covers the need for multiple apps. It is too early to evaluate the services now. I gave 4 stars for the idea. Quality of the services would affect the rating on time. Thank you for the responce.
3 stars: Careem is a very useful app. I have been using it for the past two years. Recently, the app is not functioning well, rates are getting ridiculously high, and it takes forever to book a vehicle. Hope the team get it back to top-notch.
3 stars: This app is amazing, but the present new update is facing me alot of problem. Many times this app crashes, cannot let me recharge credit. Usually mobile gets powered off. Can you please help to resolve this issue.
3 stars: Waiting time is to long, Driving Maps is not correct, captain doesn't come to righ place, when i asked him, He said he followed the map, used to Cream was great to ride but now it's getting badly, I have spoken with few captain they're unhappy with the company new policies, company must solve the captain issues otherwise you will lose the $$/customer's .
