5 stars: Love it. I enjoy looking at property and have purchased various homes over the years. Great tool to prepare with certainly excelerates the purchasing cycle. Particularly like the crime, noise, and flood overlays on the map.
3 stars: The app is fine overall but it resizes photos in a way that distorts them. Holding the phone vertically the photos get squashed narrow and holding the phone horizontally the photos get stretched super-wide. When you're trying to get a sense of room size, this is seriously detrimental to the purpose of having photos on a real estate app. Who would design something so illogically? Please preserve the as-shot aspect ratio of the photos.
4 stars: Overall great app. The only thing that is very annoying is when you want to stop seeing a listing, the app refreshes itself and takes you back to the top of your search list. I would love it if I could just continue where I left off after I exclude a listing.
3 stars: Realtor Association seriously needs to standardize terms in the U.S., for all licensed realtors. For example, workshop or shop vs garage, or Quonset vs building. There are many other terms, but this really needs improvement. Search possibilities are very limited as a result. App is otherwise good and easy to use.
