3 stars: The app is easy to use but the job matches are something to be desired.. I work IT and getting matches for health care jobs. Nothing on my resume even remotely suggests I have ever worked in the health care industry. There are other matches that are way off as well. This is just an example and why the 3 stars.
5 stars: There are a lot of good matches, and employers are responsive. It also allows you to fine tune your results, which keeps the jobs you want on your list. Also, unlike CareerBuilder, they keep your information internal so you aren't getting a million spam calls or emails from unreputable employers.
