4 stars: My only qualm with Zillow is that you can't mark things essential on your list. For example, I don't want to have any house for rent appear on my search list that doesn't accept pets. That house isn't even an option for me, because my pet isn't expendable. Why show me houses that say no pets if i said I wanted pets accepted on my search requirements? Otherwise, great site.

But here are improvements: - Filter for age-restricted or otherwise controlled developments - The ability to remove properties from your search These both tie into the fact that I now get hundreds of emails for price changes/updates/etc for properties I know are not viable options, but they happen to be within my search area.
