4 stars: Probably the best app for transportation, I prefer it to Uber actually. Would be 5 stars, but lately I've been having trouble tipping after my ride, as the app glitches and won't show the tip button. It's Usually fixable by turning the app off and on again. And I want to tip because my driver's are awesome! Fix that glitch and I'll give you 5 stars.
4 stars: For the most part, I don't have an issue. However, when I schedule rides, I've had my scheduled return ride canceled. I can't do anything about traffic. Perhaps if the driver showed up closer to the originally scheduled time, then my return ride wouldn't get canceled because I was still on my way to my original destination. I wound up spending 2x as much on a return ride last night, and that is unacceptable.
3 stars: Drivers are usually safe, friendly, and with clean cars; but look elsewhere if it's raining. The app will charge twice as much, and that's if you can ever get a driver. I used the wait and save, and even 10 to 15 minutes after my pickup window, it hadn't found me a driver.
5 stars: The app is great I can track my driver while the person is driving to me, I get to my destination before my estimated time. Plenty of good paying options and I like that I can see who my driver will be and the vehicle. Good rating options and tip options, fair sale deals.
