5 stars: Fantastic service from Tix, emailed them this morning and they responded within a few hours with a full refund to my card. Exceptional service, even the booking fee was refunded.
5 stars: Great company, great app. It was easy to purchase a really good seat for a very popular show at an incredible price. The Covid-19 crisis caused a cancellation. They more than made up for it with a generous voucher. I opted for a refund which was processed in a reasonable amount of time. I would definately trust them again in the future. TodayTix will be my first choice when the theaters open again.
5 stars: Easy to use. Great prices - lower than Ticketmaster, Telecharge, etc. Way more convenient than the box office. Been using this for years; consistently good selection of shows.
5 stars: Love this App. Being in LA, we have a wealth of great show in LA, far to many for a person to see and still afford to live. The discount prices are great. The chance to win the Lottery, opens up the Theatre world to those that could not afford it, or those that sit so far back have never seen an actor emote. Using the app is quick and easy.
5 stars: Great tickets. Much closer than I thought so that was great. The todaytix people met approximately 30 mins before the show. The drinks were a bit pricey but that's to be expected. Will definitely be buying tickets again!!
