4 stars: I love the ease of use that this app provides. In my opinion, it's much easier than it's competitors. However, If I could offer criticism, it's that if something goes wrong, and you get a coupon in response, that coupon has an expiration date. That sucks if you wait too long.
3 stars: The app is great and quite helpful but it keeps freezing or crashing while I'm using it. Edit: it happens in multiple places, during multiple functions. Sometimes it's as simple as searching for a restaurant and the app freezes, then closes itself. Sometimes it'll freeze and close when I open it. Sometimes it happens while I'm building an order. There's no specific one instance it happens.
5 stars: So far this is very easy to use, and very convenient, especially during lockdown, because of covid19, this app is worth it! Just a note: please, fix your app, so that, whenever a customer recieves their food, it will not keep saying, that your order is delayed, or allow a customer support number.
