5 stars: I've been heavily struggling and had no way to pay my phone bill this month. However I have access to free wifi from home so this app has been a lifesaver to keep in touch with potential jobs, unemployment and friends and family that don't use Facebook messenger to communicate. 5 out of 5 for sure. The only slight downside is ads but if they keep the app free I can gladly deal with it. Thank you.
3 stars: Up until recently I have not had an issue with this app. For notification that there was a new message. Now going to check the message it appeared to not be showing. So I tried sending a message and kept getting the retry alert. After a number times uninstalling and installing I continue to now get that \
3 stars: I like the app, but it still has some of it's rough edges that need to be smoothed out. When I try to hang up, it won't let me most of the time and the call with still be going even if the other person hangs up. It confuses me. Another thing is the fact you always have to refresh the chat. The messages come in and you don't even know. But, overall, if you fixed these I would give 5 star. Still a pretty good app tbh 🎉👏
