5 stars: Easy to use interface on PC or smart phone. Some up-selling going on, but at least I know what I could add if I wanted to. In general a great application.
4 stars: Seems to work well, only issue is it wants to clean out old photos. Would be better to provide an option to decline.

I had difficulty with actually receiving the promised Norton with my Lifelock/Norton 360 so after paying their bills for promises not actually available for me, I chose AVG protection and will go with the million dollar identity theft protection package offered by my Credit Union.
