4 stars: Very stable. When we started using the navigator in Sudan/Africa it was really awful, But we worked together with yandex team moderators and built the map from scratch. Now every thing is perfect and we are just waiting for the navigator to calculate the traffic jam and the average speed of streets.
3 stars: It likes giving rough route, which may reduce distance, but prolong the time of arrival due to poor road conditions. And also it doesn't specify closed roads. So many times it leads me to closed ...
