3 stars: Based on my experience in the last 3 days: It keeps saying there's an error - when you're trying to open your account page (and all options in it), when you're trying add a discussion in a product, or chat with the seller. Updating the app doesn't help - it keeps saying there's an error.

4 stars: This app has a great system that can cancel and refund our money automatically if the seller exceeds processing time, so it's pretty safe. One annoying thing is when I sort the search results, the app pushes recommended items from certain shops so it messes up and makes it difficult for me to sort items, causing longer time needed to scroll down through the items.
