3 stars: I have had the app a long time but this most recent update has broken it. I cant even get my order info to load. I only got half my order and I was trying to check on the other half and now it doesnt load at all. And nothing loads on the website either! :(. Update: the website is working for me again but the app is not.
3 stars: Great app but definitely needs a better order status/contact customer service option. I've had orders go into limbo (even though we're in a crazy time right now) and no way of knowing exactly what is going on. Sometimes the site says things are available but then they're not in stock magically 6 mins later and I just never receive items.
3 stars: I downloaded app for the color view feature, but I have only been able to get it to fully load 3 times. Tried multiple times yesterday and wasnt able to get it to fully load even once!! Currently have it open in another window trying again and even after 10 min it hasnt loaded. Giving 3 stars because when I am able to use it I really like the feature, just wish it was reliable.
3 stars: The app works great, until I get to the payment part. I entered my credit card information and it wouldn't accept all of it. It said my CCV code on the back was wrong. It wasn't. So I had to use PayPal, (which is the same card) instead. Please look into this :-)
