3 stars: The app gets stagged when you are on trip and when it happens , there is no where on the app that you will press and it will respond . It at times roll back to Home screen . Unless you have to go look for the app and tap it to open back . Many at times I have restart my phone while on trip. Please work on this app.
5 stars: The previous version seems to be more efficient than this updated one. The price feature is no longer supportive which makes it difficult for drivers to check amount for the trip. Takes longer time to display price after the end of the trip. I would like if you guys returned back the price feature. Thanks
4 stars: You are doing well but please improve on the following 1. Allow drivers and riders to chat on the app 2. Allow drivers to change pick up distinations 3. Allow drivers to see distinations of riders when request comes in. 4. Allow drivers to make part payments of commissions in-app.
4 stars: The app is doing great,but it doesn't retain information if it goes out of service. e.g if you are on a long trip and network gets bad, it doesn't calculate the price for the trip accurately.
4 stars: The app is not linked properly to the GPS services which results in price being inaccurate charge and the removal of the current price charge makes it hard to inform the client of the price when in question.
