5 stars: I love this app and it's improved my health physically and mentally. I recommend it to all my friends. I love the fact I can do something healthy for myself while doing other things. I prefer to use this while I shower or right before bed though. Always cleanse from the ground up. I sometimes give my heart chakra a cleansing though of I am struggling with forgiveness. This app will change your life. It's phenomenal. ♥️♥️♥️♥️💯
5 stars: I just download the app, I try it, I adjust it to my likeness, the voice that guides is soothing and pleasing to hear. The music for each need along with whatever I live to hear the background mades me extremely happy, my kitty was about to go up and play , he decided to come back to bed and now he is sound asleep and me ...I feel joy. I am buying the full version as in now.
