3 stars: Wysecam - Not sure if continuous recording is available on the micro-SD yet, will test soon, but it better be. So far with cloud you get 11s recordings every couple minutes i think. Only somewhat useful, but it's understandable that continuous recording isn't free on that sort of thing. But on self provided memory it should be. I'll be editing this comment later.
3 stars: When it works, it's great - but for some reason at least once every two weeks, it stops working and won't connect (usually when the app updates). Then I have to delete the camera and reset it. Very irritating - not sure why this happens (internet connection is good so it's not that).
3 stars: Not even a single rule using time, in ANY way, functions properly since the last update. Something gets screwed up in most every update. Update: And just like that, a day after posting, everything works again! Not reliable at best, but went from 1 star to 3.
4 stars: I can't give this app 5/5 just yet, but it is by far the best inexpensive security camera on the market. Their family of automation products are increasing and affordable. With Google assistant and IFTTT support, this makes it all the better. The only flaw in my opinion is, there is no way to watch the a camera feed outside the app. Or at least not natively. Give me a web stream, and this gets 5 stars.
