3 stars: Notification for missed calls is delayed, often by days. Sometimes messages don't sync with desktop app leading to missed messages. Lots for the app to still improve on.
3 stars: Messages don't arrive until later when you've missed the conversation. I've disabled all power saving and app optimizations for the app with no luck. Call quality is great 👍
4 stars: Rating it a star lower not due to the android version, but the PC version in my personal laptop (Works normal in office PC \u0026 phone, but doesn't work in my personal laptop. Very difficult to connect the app each time). Too much of older technology like certificates \u0026 other things. Very unreliable \u0026 have made issues during planned meetings. Once connected the call quality is good.

4 stars: Only the speaker view is shown.. Will be good to see a gallery view of everyone who is on the call. Especially through video conferencing. The app always seems to log out after a little while if inactivity. When trying to log back in... It asks for password and then sends another OTP to your phone messages.... It's a long process.
5 stars: Great experience so far. Even with a lame internet connection you can still manage decent and clear comms
