4 stars: Was working great on Chromebook until couple months ago. It still runs fine on my phone \u0026 tablet. But not on Chromebook with Android 9. Recent Chromebook upgrade did not fix it. I now suspect it was the April update to IP Pro. No response from developer and I don't know of another app for the SeeSoon PTZ camera.
3 stars: Watching in real time works very good but when trying to use play back and look at recordings it locks up and you have to turn your phone off and do other things to get it back working properly. Watching recordings is what this whole system is Supposed to be all about.
3 stars: After recent update it seems to perform better now. But still if you playback, it plays the last recorded video fine but if you go back to play another time slot, it stuck at 99% and never come back unless you close whole app and start again. I hope they will be fix this issue too. playback and download options really need fixing
5 stars: Good app. There is a 7sec delay but not a big deal. APP actually has more useful features than the DVR/NVR. I've also connected to the cloud but I haven't used the cloud since I've downloaded the app. Has camera controls if your camera can pan and zoom. Neat.
4 stars: App worked great untill latest update. Now it seems to have trouble loading the cameras. Hopefully a further update will fix this. Has worked fine for 4 months up untill this point. Still a very easy to use app.
