4 stars: The *service* of YouTube is great and I use it each and every day. The *app* was great up until today, when the development team made it so you can't close out of the pause screen without using the X button. This is just really bad design and impedes most people's use of the app, and I'm hoping they change it back soon.

4 stars: It's great in almost every way, there are a few things though. Like sometimes when I get a notification for a video and I click on it to watch it then it says the video is unavailable. Also recently it hasn't been loading videos, though that might just be my internet. Also the same ads keep playing and it's very annoying.
3 stars: It's simultaneously great and rubbish. Great: there is something for everyone, millions of wonderful people creating all kinds of everything. Rubbish: UI Also, for the last few months it's been unnecessarily difficult tapping the thumbs up. Sometimes I have to try 20 times to hit the exact right pixel for it to work.
3 stars: I live my life on YouTube. Reduced 2 stars because the subscription fee is ridiculous. I'm basically paying £11.99 to remove ads as I don't use the YouTube Originals, they're not very good and not very many of them. Nor would I ever need to use the download feature...
