5 stars: There is only one 1 star rating that is useful and the other people are just complaining straight out, the bugs are because of THEIR internet. I love Netflix and my experience is always amazing. I may not have it on this phone, but I have it on my TV and it has never glitched more than 5 times. It is 👍👍👍👍.
4 stars: Had to take a 2nd subscription because l forgot my password !!! Do not like paying double the price.But ive sent numerous messages and put in my phone # with no response you also dont answer phone. My computer has crashed. I am 79 live on a very limited income. I do like Netflix this will save my sanity. Have only basic tv which has a lot of murder and sports and violence. This is why I chose you. Thank you Linda Hansen.
4 stars: Just needs a easier way that viewers can look at YOUR suggestion or better yet, BETTER SELECTION of Nexflix SUGGESTED MOVIES are about 16 % accrete.. Try Asking YouTube (Music Video) Suggestion Department for a little guidence to head ya in right direction.. They nail it 98.9999999% of the time on their music suggestion.. Ik, but J.S.t.T. !! If it hurts , it teaches! When you change it, you've mastered it!!
5 stars: My only complaint is that we can't choose our resolution for picture quality, which causes me to use massive amounts of my data, each month. Other than that, I have no complaints and what Netflix is doing is amazing. The shows, the movies, etc... Everything is great! Keep it up.
