5 stars: Great user friendly app... wish there was an option to choose between available drivers. Sometimes the driver that accepts the ride isn't the closest, or if a driver that I liked is driving but there's no way to give a preferred driver repeat business
3 stars: Good service, but still it needs work. It always matches me with the good rating driver whom is like 10-15 minutes away. When in the first place I choose lift over uber because it shows drivers near me, but it never matches me with them. Long long waiting times for a ride.
3 stars: This app does the job of getting you a ride, letting you know whom to expect and when, and basically does everything you need it to. But it won't let itself be moved to the SD card, and that's a serious demerit in my book.
3 stars: I use to love this app but now thinking about deleting. My rides keep canceling before they get to me and i have to be somewhere important. Use to use everyday. Now theres some problem everytime i try to use app now.
