3 stars: So, there's like no way to access messages... seriously inconvienct. However I am getting calls for my business which is the goal, I'm sure not as many as I could be but it's a good start, but when I click on messages it keeps telling me to install the app, like, yo, I am on the app! How you gonna tell me to get the app when this IS the app.... terrible. Google, you supposed to be like all powerful.... fix this!!
5 stars: Useful but painful. Has no integration between multiple locations of the same business. Each common problem has to be dealt with separately for each location. Has no option to categorize photos based on events or pin posts or inform customers of other locations. It's very useful to have this app, but everything is just far more trouble than it should be. 3 stars: It would be much more effective if I could list my actual business instead of having to choose it from a drop down menu where it doesn't exist. This means I am unable to advertise two of my services accurately. It would also be good if I could choose the photograph I want to show up in the search results window. Also, clients can only review me if they are signed into Google which is no good if they don't have a Google account.
5 stars: I love it because it made my life easier, since I am a single mother, owner of the Ltd. company (also the only one employed)...so, yes, with just the cell phone - now I can handle it all with much more ease and having all info...
