3 stars: Overall the app is well done but there are some pretty annoying bugs. The audio is sometimes very delayed compared to the exercises. This happens because there is a long silence and when the audio instructions are given, the time for the exercise is over. Moreover, I chose a plan with difficulty 2 over ten and the workouts are hard. I give my feedback after each one of them and nothing changes. There's a button that says \
5 stars: I just can't describe how grateful I am for you guys. This app has given me so much, my life is so stressful and this is the only way I have to decompress. Just one thing for you to improve, I think updating the plan misses up the workouts a little bit, I always avoid clicking that button.
