5 stars: It was a wonderful start and place to be at during my entire childhood, for 7 years i constantly was happy, but when G+ was removed, it took my old account with it. Hopefully they readd G+.. Lost so many people who i loved to talk to. Hope, hope is still struggling.

3 stars: I did have a bad experience with this application with the other samsung galaxy phone it just wasn't supported for this application well as ned kelly such as life
4 stars: This should be very self explanatory. When a customer sees that the business owner regularly responds to feedback left on Google, they will be more inclined to want to share their feedback as they know someone will actually be reading it.
