3 stars: Doesn't function properly. I don't get my videos and pictures on time. There are several delays in recording. Husband walked out the front door and it didn't capture him at all. Just the sound of door opening. We are constantly resetting cameras. We are constantly having to reset our cameras. Delayed notifications. It's not notification friendly either. We have had to reboot the system several times.
5 stars: Love the vivint smart home app and also the representatives are amazing. Would never go without the security system now but as the RCMP are called out, I guess it's not a priority, but if I shoot someone, then maybe they will show up. Vivint all the way
5 stars: Being able to unarm my house from my phone due to random events or knowing some one is about to be at my house and them not having to worry about it is very nice. I couldn't be more happy with the app or the service.

5 stars: So far it's been amazing. I have been under some stress. My husband had a Corclear transplant, but I have not been able to download Vivint on his Iphone. He needs to be tutored. Little problems, but it will be worked out. My phones were not near my when alarm went off. But the sheriff's office did respond. I certainly feel double secure. Thanks for the service. I just need to make sure my spouse is knowledgable.
