3 stars: Hi. We stop using the cctv for months and now we are needing to install it again but we are having trouble of entering the password because we can't remember the old ones and that too bad we lost it's manual. We have already reset and try to google search for the (default) password but still doesn't work. PLEASE HELP ASAP!
5 stars: Update: the updates are making this so much better! I havent had a problem in over a month now....I do really like this app but since the last update ive had to uninstall and reinstall and it refuses to let me log in the next day. I have reset the device and erased it as well with only a little improvement until the next day. Ill give 5 stars when it stops giving me so much trouble
3 stars: I'm really not again with this after my last upgrade i notice that i can not watch my camera out my home again this is really difficult to do it. When you watch it keep downloading without showing unless your home and only can use the LAN online it on work on that. Please 🙏 fix this solution and i will give 5 stars for you guys.
